Dr. Nijher is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding, not to mentioned highly skilled. He is the best plastic surgeon I’ve come across, and I’ve had a fair number of procedures in past years. His staff is top notch as well.

After arranging for a Tummy Tuck, I went back to my plastic surgeon to chat about my saggy arms. I told him that I spend a lot of time outside, swimming, doing yard work, and enjoying the Florida weather. He suggested a short incision brachioplasty. We did it at the same time I did my Tummy Tuck, and reduced the price.
